T-Mobile Career Launch

Full Stack Developer is a person who can develop both client and server software. Full Stack Developers have to have some skills in a wide variety of coding, from databases to graphic design.  It is forecasted that there are 1.4million unfilled jobs for Full Stack Developers in the U.S.

Cybersecurity Specialists are able to anticipate and avoid cyber threats, protect an organization’s valuable data assets, and can gather, analyze, and present evidence of security breaches and incidents due to cyber terrorists or other intruders

UX/UI designers are people who create a useful product and/or user experience for end users. They create the layout and the program to make bring what the user sees/uses to life.

• Must be current high school junior in the Edmonds School District
• Must be 16 years old or older by June 10, 2023
• Must be committed to the workforce upon completion of the 2 year program
• All T-Mobile employees must be vaccinated for COVID-19
• Must complete one Running Start class per quarter during senior year. Students will begin with exploratory courses, then choose their path to complete a certificate at Edmonds College
  • Full Stack Developer Certificate
  • Cybersecurity Specialist 
  • UX/UI Designer

Eligible students must commit to the successful completion of the following program steps:

1. Complete first paid Career Launch class at T-Mobile during the summer between junior and senior year
2. Complete one one Running Start class per quarter during senior year at Edmonds College within the three certificate areas
3. Complete second paid Career Launch class at T-Mobile during the summer after graduating high school
4. Complete the remaining classes for the certificates after graduation
5. Upon completion of the certificate program, you will receive an interview for a position with T-Mobile
