Are you interested in supporting students in their career development and expand career connected learning opportunities?
The Edmonds School District Career and Technical Education (CTE) department is looking for business partners to assist us in strengthening and growing student awareness to career pathways, and providing career exploration and meaningful connections between student interests and their future careers.
There are many ways you can connect passion to careers for our students:
Be a Career Speaker - In-person or virtually share your career path in classrooms, or during career events |
Host a Worksite Tour - Host a class field trip to help connect classroom learning to the workplace and careers |
Host a Job Shadow - Host a high school student to learn about career opportunities and workplace environment |
Join a CTE Program Advisory Committee (PAC) - Serve as a PAC advisor with our teachers in one of our career pathways. Advisors are needed to:

Host an Internship - Internship Connect is our summer internship program that offers students paid/unpaid experiences, high school credit, and work experience. A Worksite Learning Coordinator will work with hosts to assist them in designing a meaningful internship experience for students, while also addressing workplace values and needs.
Participate in our Youth Employment Fair - May 16, 2023 2:30-4:30pm at Edmonds Woodway High School Employers do you have? Part time or full time openings for students ages 14-18, summer, entry level and/or for new graduates, and/or apprenticeship programs. Sign up to join us: EMPLOYER SIGN UP FORM.
